Notes:

    1.   All sales are cash or check only.  If a customer requests a set of clubs be built (or a large purchase)
            one half of the cost will be due ‘up front’.

    2.   All repair prices and assembly fees above are on a per club basis.  However, if a situation or repair
            arises that is not listed above, will be priced on a case-by-case basis.

    3.   All fittings will include a video of the session saved to disk for the customer.

    4.   The warranty on clubs that I build; one year, money back if not satisfied.  This is providing that
            the clubs have not been abused.  Any workmanship problems that may arise are warranted for
            the life of the club.  Customer pays for parts only.
